For those of you out there using both Mac OS X Leopard and Windows XP or Vista on your Mac, who find it quite cumbersome to have to reboot and hold the option key to start up Windows each time or change the start up disk in your System Preferences, the software utility Flipside from Project AppleTree may have the answer to your troubles. Once you’ve launched the application, selected the Windows drive to boot from and hit the reboot button, Flipside will quit your apps and boot Windows.

Personally, I would have prefered being able to boot Windows directly from the menu bar instead of having to launch Flipside. Maybe that’s the flip side (sorry for the unintended pun)!
